Operating as an independent freelancer was my trial by fire in managing end-to-end web software. Handling the full stack using the MERN ecosystem for clients like PT. PPMI and PT. TIC taught me how to communicate directly with stakeholders, translate vague ideas into robust database schemas, and build secure back-office dashboards completely from scratch.
