Designed and engineered a full-stack web solution for PT. Transglobal Indonesia Consultant (PT. TIC). The platform serves as a high-conversion digital interface showcasing corporate consultancy services—such as business incorporation and legal licensing—backed by a secure administrative dashboard to track, manage, and process incoming client consultations.
The problem
The consulting firm required a streamlined method to capture detailed business inquiries from prospective clients. Manual intake of corporate setup requests lacked proper categorization, audit trails, and an organized pipeline for consultants to follow up.
The solution
Deployed a MERN stack application featuring dynamic service funnels on the frontend that capture structured client intent. Developed a centralized back-office dashboard that aggregates these consultations, allowing administrators to organize inquiries by service type and track interaction states.
